Autologous mesotherapy (PRP)
A treatment using our blood’s serum (Platelet Rich Plasma) is a natural injectable mesotherapy where our own body’s regeneration power is used. The autologous mesotherapy (PRP) is similar to a mere blood sampling and takes only a small quantity of blood. A special centrifuge and processing produces condensed blood plasma rich in platelets. This solution is then administered with small injections in the skin following topical anaesthesia, almost painlessly. Platelets gradually release growth factors, notably natural proteins that stimulate fibroblasts to produce collagen and hyaluronic acid. The autologous mesotherapy or PRP is ideal for deep acne scars. An average of 2 sessions is required, depending on the case. Recovery time is usually zero and with no bruising. There may be mild redness for 1 day. It can be combined with any fractional laser C02 or fractional radiofrequency treatment, even on the same day.
